Sound Control Clip
GenieClip® WBN is a resilient sound isolation clip designed for use with the Hambro® joist system. Installed to support gypsum board, it provides ceiling decoupling for effective noise control.
Built from molded rubber and galvanized steel, the unibody clip features a threaded bolt-and-nut system that attaches directly through the bottom flange of Hambro® or other steel joist systems. This design streamlines installation by eliminating the need for wire-tied furring channels while delivering superior control of both impact and airborne sound in concrete floor/ceiling assemblies.
