It all started with a tire fire in Hagersville, ON, and Paul Downey’s university thesis on the recycling of rubber tires to avoid the same thing from repeating. Our testing is what sets us apart. Over the past decade, our engineers have completed more than 2,000 lab tests, maintaining a strict monthly testing schedule to ensure only the most current data informs our engineering decisions.
Supported by over 50 technical sales engineers and team members, Pliteq prides itself on exceptional customer service and global collaboration. Our 300,000 sq. ft. across our facilities recycles the equivalent of 5 million tires annually, and we have successfully completed over 15,000 commercial projects worldwide, always focusing on innovation, engineering excellence, and sustainable development.
