The GenieClip® LB3 is a unibody molded rubber-and-steel sound-isolation clip with an extended bracket, designed for superior noise control in multi-family housing, high-rise buildings, and commercial spaces. It can be installed as a standalone solution or paired with a GenieClip® wall or ceiling system. The extended steel bracket allows for flexible adjustment of the profile space between gypsum board and structural framing, while also providing secure support at wall terminations of furring channels.
