Sound Control Clip
GenieClip® CLA is a resilient sound-isolation clip used with a drywall furring channel to support gypsum board and deliver effective noise control through ceiling decoupling. The system creates a “floating ceiling” effect that maximizes sound isolation.
Constructed from molded rubber and galvanized steel, the clip features a threaded bolt for adjustable height when paired with the Ramset® 14TRHMP034 bracket. This provides improved impact and airborne sound isolation in concrete floor/ceiling assemblies with a low-profile design.
