GenieMat® Rail by Pliteq is a resilient vibration-isolation system designed to mitigate ground-borne noise and impacts from rail traffic. It includes products like GenieMat® RTP (Railway Tie Pad), GenieMat® BST (Ballast Mat), and GenieMat® FST (Floating Slab Track). Each product is tailored for specific applications such as under-tie, ballast, or floating slab installations. These solutions reduce vibration at the source, enhancing comfort and compliance in urban developments near rail infrastructure.

Standard GenieMat® RAIL products cover a range of static and dynamic stiffnesses, and can be tailored to each project’s specific needs. These products are tested for all traffic types, and are supported by Pliteq calculations.
Ballast Mats
Installed directly beneath the ballast, ballast mats are in many cases the most efficient means of impact and vibration reduction.
Tie Pads
This is an isolating element that sits between the floating slab and structural trough below.
Floating Slab Track
Railway tie pads disperse load, reduce impacts, and increase ballast stability by allowing ballast embedment.
